Michele started with the Heritage of Green Hills in January 2023 as the Director of Personal Care.  She has been working in senior services for nine years.  Her passion for providing seniors with exceptional care started when she served as the Assistant Director of the Business Office for Phoebe Ministries. That experience led her to explore the operations side of senior services as an administrator for personal care.  She is a graduate of DeSales University and a Personal Care Home Administrator.  Michele loves the Heritage community because of the fun, engaged residents that call it home.  Michele enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, but you can also find her spending time in nature, hiking, bird/animal watching, gardening, and trying new recipes.
