Throughout a career spanning more than 25 years, John has dedicated himself to the Senior Living industry, specializing in Plant Operations and Environmental Services within skilled nursing and assisted living communities. At The Heritage, his paramount duty revolves around ensuring the safety and well-being of the Residents, staff, and visitors. He assumes leadership of the Maintenance, Transportation, Security, and Landscaping divisions on the campus and maintains a forward-looking perspective by overseeing the expansion of services on-site. During his leisure hours, John finds delight in crafting wine and savoring moments at the Delaware Beaches.
