Erin Snyder, Director of Wellness at The Heritage of Green Hills Care Center since 2023, brings over two decades of nursing experience focused on senior care. A Berks County native and graduate of Governor Mifflin High School and Reading Area Community College, she’s devoted her career to connecting with and providing exceptional care to seniors. With 12 years as a Memory Support Nursing Supervisor, Erin’s passion lies in serving those with dementia. Beyond her work, she’s a proud mother of four, caregiver to three cats and two dogs, and enjoys reading, music (especially the Beatles), outdoor activities, and travel. Erin is thrilled to be part of the Heritage family.
