These Home Health services are available to all Independent Living residents:

• • Full-time Director of Residential Health Services to coordinate your care
  • On-site nurse available seven days a week
  • Wireless emergency response system
  • Liaison services with outside home health agencies
  • Assistance with arranging private in-home care
  • Scheduling and coordination of medical appointments
  • Transportation to and from medical appointments
  • Coordination of physician-ordered services including:
    • Lab work, X-rays, physical, occupational, and speech therapy
    • Audiology and podiatry
• Emergency response coordination
• Advance healthcare planning education, including:
  • Living Wills
  • Advance Directives
  • Vial of Life Program
