Recently, a small group of our residents toured The Heritage of Green Hills kitchen with our Food and Beverage Director, Daniel Hildebrandt. Resident, Barbara Hoover shared, “What an eye-opening journey! Touring The Heritage Kitchen was an experience like no other. As someone with little knowledge of restaurant kitchens, I was completely engrossed throughout the tour. It was an incredible privilege to witness firsthand the dedication and craftsmanship that goes into every meal.“
“We are a senior living community that doesn’t follow norms,” Hildebrandt explained. “Our meals are fresh-made by professionally trained Executive Chefs, and unlike other communities that use a cycle menu ours is seasonal and changes monthly.”
